RELATIONSHIP PREDICTION UTILITY
OK! Us DNA nerds have another tool to use in our DNA test analysis.
Just plug in the total shared centiMorgans (cMs) and the longest shared
cemtiMorgans for one of your matches and it will give you a relationship
prediction.

INFORMATION ON THE SEPTEMBER GENCOM DNA INTEREST GROUP MEETING
Our next GENCOM DNA Interest Group meeting will be Wednesday 9 September
at 1:30 PM in the large meeting room at the Broadmoor Branch Library,
1212 Captain Shreve Drive. We will be concentrating on DNA test results
from AncestryDNA. AnestryDNA has recently added features such as DNA
Circles, New Ancestor Discoveries and Shared Matches to their web site.
We will be looking at each of these tools and see how they can help us
find more information about our DNA cousins. If you have tested using
the Autosomal DNA test at Ancestry you will find this information
essential to your DNA research.
